hi, IPA-995 120 kg and H2O2-50 60 kg please
Two products in one message → two separate lines. Each goes through its own checks.
For chemical distributors. Your customers send price requests by email, WhatsApp, Excel or PDF. Vuntus reads the text of the request (scanned PDFs and photos give no lines), finds each product in your catalog and prices it from your price list. You give the final approval.
Pick a check and decide what goes on the line. You’ll see straight away what the check does.
Sample data · these rules run as the product’s default policy; even if the screen is bypassed, the server reaches the same decision.
Every price on a quote can be traced back: which price list, which product record, which document, whose approval. If anyone asks, the answer is one click away.
The record is append-only: it can’t be edited and is kept for two years.
We don’t quote customer numbers — we don’t have any yet; they’ll appear here, live, with the first pilot. Instead we counted what the product enforces on the server today.
If even one applies, the line can’t be approved — not even by a person.
All five are defined in the server rule; today only the concentration from the customer’s text is compared, so a concentration conflict is the only one that stops a line. Choosing a product with a different code goes through a separate check: a written reason for substitution.
Four rules, all enforced on the server rather than the screen. Pick one to see how the product applies it.
No visitor data is stored on this site — including the demo form. Legal texts are drafts and will be finalised before the pilot.
Product names without codes, missing units, two products in one message… Vuntus was built for exactly this kind of mess.
synthetic examples · WhatsApp messages are pasted in or an exported chat is uploaded · a PDF must contain text; scanned PDFs and photos give no lines
Tell us about a typical request and we’ll rebuild it with synthetic sample data. We’ll watch together on screen what Vuntus reads, what it stops and how it builds the quote. During the pilot, no real customer data is uploaded.
