Your account is created by invitation; we recommend setting up two-step verification on first sign-in (it is required for team management). Then you work through the four-step setup checklist on the dashboard. This page walks through day one.

Creating, approving and exporting quotes

A quote is built from approved, priced lines, approved by an authorised person and downloaded as PDF, HTML or CSV. Vuntus does not email the quote; you send the file from your own email.

Technical documents: SDS, TDS and CoA

SDS, TDS and CoA files are uploaded as PDFs on the product page and linked once an authorised person verifies them with a reason. A quote with chemicals cannot be approved without a verified SDS link.

Account security and audit trail

Accounts are protected by a password of at least 12 characters; any user can turn on two-step verification, and team management requires it. Decisions go into the audit trail, cannot be changed afterwards and are kept for two years.
